The Service

Vividon provides AI-powered image relighting tools ("the Service"), operated by Vividon AB, Stockholm, Sweden. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

• You must have the rights to any images you upload and must not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Do not use the Service to produce illegal, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Do not generate images that impersonate real individuals without their consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
• Do not resell access to the Service or wrap it as your own product without written permission.
• Do not send an unreasonable number of relighting requests that are clearly outside of normal use.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images and generated outputs. We claim no ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its models and software, remains our property. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at info@vividon.ai.

Credits & Billing

Usage is billed via credits or subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated outputs may occasionally introduce visual artifacts, distortions, or other differences not present in the source image. This is inherent to current AI image models and will improve over time. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes & Termination

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
